閥門(mén)關(guān):殺菌

進(jìn)行相反步驟時(shí)內(nèi)置彈簧使閥門(mén)關(guān)閉，使軟管部件之間的腔道空出以進(jìn)行殺菌。如果使用蒸汽殺菌，我們建議在閥出口裝一小型的泄壓閥(屬于選擇類(lèi)產(chǎn)品)。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)  無(wú)菌取樣閥由三部分組成，閥體，閥頭和隔膜。橡膠隔膜置于閥頭桿上使其可以伸縮。各型號(hào)間閥體和閥頭可互相替換。

無(wú)菌取樣閥有兩種規(guī)格:

M4閥門(mén)用于低黏度物料比如水，啤酒，酒類(lèi)和液狀牛奶。

W9閥門(mén)用于高黏度物料比如水果型酸奶，糖漿和冰淇淋。

W9閥門(mén)還可配以微型取樣口，通過(guò)樣針進(jìn)行取樣。

溫度   殺菌溫度，干燥蒸汽(2~3 bar); 121~134℃

閥體類(lèi)型包括:  用于容器安裝的焊接口，用于管路安裝的焊接口，帶卡箍接口或帶螺紋接口。

閥體     T型: 用于容器安裝(焊接口)。       P型: 用于容器安裝(焊接口)。

C型: 卡箍接口。                           S型: 插式接口(螺紋)。

Asepticsampling valve in two sizes:

M4valve for low viscosity materials such as water ,beer, liquor and liquid milk.

w9valve for high viscosity materials such as fruit, yogurt syrup and ice cream.

W9valve can also be coupled with micro-sampling ports ,sampling by syringe.
