衛(wèi)生級(jí)無(wú)菌取樣閥 Aseptic welded sampling valve

工作原理  無(wú)菌取樣閥可于每次取樣之前和之后進(jìn)行菌處理

閥門開:取樣

手動(dòng)閥門可以通過轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手柄開啟(可調(diào)節(jié)式閥門)或通過驅(qū)動(dòng)桿開啟(開/關(guān)式閥門) 此時(shí)閥桿及隔膜回縮，使液體流入。

閥門關(guān):殺菌

進(jìn)行相反步驟時(shí)內(nèi)置彈簧使閥門關(guān)閉，使軟管部件之間的腔道空出以進(jìn)行殺菌。如果使用蒸汽殺菌，我們建議在閥出口裝一小型的泄壓閥(屬于選擇類產(chǎn)品)。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)  無(wú)菌取樣閥由三部分組成，閥體，閥頭和隔膜。橡膠隔膜置于閥頭桿上使其可以伸縮。各型號(hào)間閥體和閥頭可互相替換。

無(wú)菌取樣閥有兩種規(guī)格:

M4閥門用于低黏度物料比如水，啤酒，酒類和液狀牛奶。

W9閥門用于高黏度物料比如水果型酸奶，糖漿和冰淇淋。

W9閥門還可配以微型取樣口，通過樣針進(jìn)行取樣。

溫度   殺菌溫度，干燥蒸汽(2~3 bar); 121~134℃

閥體類型包括:  用于容器安裝的焊接口，用于管路安裝的焊接口，帶卡箍接口或帶螺紋接口。

閥體     T型: 用于容器安裝(焊接口)。       P型: 用于容器安裝(焊接口)。

C型: 卡箍接口。                           S型: 插式接口(螺紋)。

隔膜:硅橡膠(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型閥門)                         三元乙丙橡膠(EPDM)(帶微型取樣口的閥門)

Standarddesign  Asepticsampling valve consists of three parts, valve, valve head and diaphragm .Rubberseptum membrane placed on the valve head so that it can be flexible rod. Betweenthe valve body and the head model can be interchangeable.

Asepticsampling valve in two sizes:

M4valve for low viscosity materials such as water ,beer, liquor and liquid milk.

w9valve for high viscosity materials such as fruit, yogurt syrup and ice cream.

W9valve can also be coupled with micro-sampling ports ,sampling by syringe.
