1、尼龍膜
特點(diǎn)：耐溫性能良好，可耐121℃飽和蒸汽熱壓消毒30min,工作溫度60度以下，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定良好，能耐受稀酸、稀堿、醇類、酯類、油類、碳?xì)浠衔?、鹵代烴及有機(jī)氧化物等多種有機(jī)和無機(jī)化合物。
用途：電子、微電子、半導(dǎo)體工業(yè)水過濾、組織培養(yǎng)基過濾，藥液過濾、飲料過濾、高純化學(xué)制品過濾，水溶液和有機(jī)流動(dòng)相的過濾。

2、聚偏氟乙烯膜
特點(diǎn)：膜機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、抗張強(qiáng)度高，具有良好的耐熱性和化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性，蛋白吸附率低；具有較強(qiáng)的負(fù)靜電性及疏水性；具有疏水和親水兩種形式。但不能耐受丙酮，DMSO,THF,DMF,二氯甲烷，氯仿等。

用途：疏水性聚偏氟乙烯膜主要應(yīng)用于氣體及蒸汽過濾、高溫液體的過濾；親水性聚偏氟乙烯膜主要應(yīng)用于組織培養(yǎng)基、添加劑等除菌過濾溶劑和化學(xué)原料的凈化過濾，試劑的無菌處理，高溫液體的過濾等。

特點(diǎn)：孔徑比較均勻，孔隙率高，無介質(zhì)脫落，質(zhì)地薄，阻力小，濾速快，吸附極小，使用價(jià)格成本低，但不耐有機(jī)溶液和強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿溶液。
用途：醫(yī)藥工業(yè)需熱壓滅菌的水針劑，大輸液濾除微粒。對(duì)熱敏性藥物(胰島素ATP、酶A等生化制劑)的除菌，用0.45微米的濾膜(或0.22)溶液中微粒及油類不溶物的分析測(cè)定，及水質(zhì)污染指數(shù)測(cè)定。應(yīng)用于體細(xì)胞雜交和線粒互補(bǔ)預(yù)測(cè)優(yōu)勢(shì)研究等科研部門。

用途：低蛋白質(zhì)吸附及高藥物相容性，專為生化、檢驗(yàn)、制藥以及除菌過濾裝置而設(shè)計(jì)。
