本公司微孔過(guò)濾元件是由超高分子量聚乙烯粉末通過(guò)特殊工藝燒結(jié)加工而成的管、板及其他形狀的產(chǎn)品為各種系列微濾機(jī)的過(guò)濾核心部件，每批產(chǎn)品出廠經(jīng)過(guò)微孔孔徑、比阻、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、孔隙率的測(cè)試合格后才批準(zhǔn)出廠。

性能Peformance
1、過(guò)濾效率高，過(guò)濾精度達(dá)0.3μm。
2、再生效率高，壽命長(zhǎng)，有用戶使用壽命可達(dá)10年。
3、耐化學(xué)腐蝕的性能特別，耐各種酸、堿、鹽，耐70℃以下絕大部分有機(jī)溶劑，無(wú)味、無(wú)毒、無(wú)異物溶出，機(jī)械性能較好，不易損壞。
4、微孔PE材料耐溫≤80℃;微孔PA材料耐溫≤110℃。
5、微孔過(guò)濾元件機(jī)械強(qiáng)度較高，尤其抗沖擊強(qiáng)度好，不易損壞。
6、其他用途
(1)氣固精密過(guò)濾：可用于氣體除塵與去除油滴、水滴過(guò)濾。
(2)氣體鼓泡：用于增加液體中氣體溶解度的氣體分散鼓泡，泡徑細(xì)而均勻；①用于廢水處理中空氣鼓泡，②泡沫塔中的氣體鼓泡，③吸收操作中氣體鼓泡；④飲水消毒中的臭氧分散鼓泡；⑤母化學(xué)反應(yīng)中氣體分散鼓泡等。
(3)在粉體操作(如粉體輸送與粉體流化等)中作氣體分布板。(4)在分散固體與液體的其他操作(離子交換柱，層析柱等)作分散固體的多孔支承板。
(5)作壓縮氣體向大氣排氣的消聲器。
(6)作微孔膜，超濾膜等分離的多孔支承體。

(2)Gas bubbling:gas dispersion bubbling used to increase the solubility of gas in liquid,with fine and uniform bubblesize;①used for bubbling in wastewater treatment,②gas bubbling in foam towers.③gas bubbling in absorption operations;④ozone dispersion bubblingin drinking waterfection;⑤gasdispersion bubblingin chemical reactions,etc.
(3)Used as agas distribution plate in powder operations(such as powder conveying and fluidization,ete),

(4)Used as a porous support plate for dispersed solids in other operations (ion exchange columns,chromatography
columns,etc.)forseparation of dispersed solids and liquids.
(5)Used asa silencer for the exhaust of compressed gas to the atmosphere.
(6)Usedasa support body for separation bymicrofitration membranes,ultrafitration membranes,ete.
