       DTB結(jié)晶機（DTB crystallizer）是一種率的結(jié)晶設備，由PLC控制物料溫度，其獨特的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理決定了它具有傳熱效率高、配置簡單、操作控制方便、操作環(huán)境好等特點。現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)制造設備處理量300～10000kg/h，共十種型號的系列產(chǎn)品，可根據(jù)用戶的需要提供與之相配套的各種輔助設備。
DTB crystallizer is a kind of crystallization equipment with high efficiency, controlled by PLC. Its structure and working principle decide its high heat transfer efficiency, simple configuration, convenient operation together with its good operating environment. We have produced more than 10 models of such crystallizers, and the capacity ranges from 300 to 10000 kg/h. We also provide all kinds of accessories according to clients’ requirement.

工作原理及特點/Working Principle and characteristics

結(jié)晶過程中，溶液的過飽和度、物料溫度的均勻一致性以及攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速和冷卻面積是影響產(chǎn)品晶粒大小和外觀形態(tài)的決定性因素。
The effects of supersaturation, material temperature, stirring speed and cooling area are the determining factors for grain size and its appearance during crystallization.
DTB結(jié)晶機采用了專用的攪拌槳，且溫度、攪拌槳轉(zhuǎn)速可調(diào)易實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)自控制，以適應各種物料結(jié)晶要求的。進料從結(jié)晶器導流桶底部引入，通過攪拌作用上升進行結(jié)晶。導流桶一般都中心安放，與導流桶共中心安裝有攪拌槳，一般冷卻型DTB結(jié)晶機的攪拌槳電機安裝冷卻型DTB結(jié)晶機的上部、真空型DTB結(jié)晶機考慮密封結(jié)構(gòu)，攪拌槳電機可以安裝在真空型DTB結(jié)晶機的下部。
DTB crystallizer has its unique stirring paddle and its temperature and stirring speed are adjustable. The feeding material flows in form the bottom of draft bucket and rises through agitating. The stirring paddle is set with the same centre of draft bucket.

12、DTB型結(jié)晶器與FC型結(jié)晶器相比，具有內(nèi)部流速大，外部循環(huán)流速小等特點，可以將由于外部流體流動所產(chǎn)生的二次成核降低，所以適用于成產(chǎn)較大粒度的晶體。
compared with FC-type crystallizer, DTB has the advantages of high internal flowing rate and low external circulation speed. It can decrease the second nucleation, thus, it is suitable for crystals of larger size.
 

DTB結(jié)晶器規(guī)格/DTB crystallizer speculation

DTB結(jié)晶器規(guī)格：一般設計直徑從2米到6米，，可以生產(chǎn)0.5～1.5mm范圍的晶體（當然取決于該結(jié)晶體系的具體特點），停留時間一般為3～4h，晶漿密度可以高達25%。
Speculation: φ 2m~4m， production :crystals of 0.5～1.5mm . The residence time is usually for  3 to 4h, slurry density can be as high as 25%.

應用范圍：本設備應用于、氯化銨、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)。
