      具有分級(jí)功能的OSLO結(jié)晶器通常被用來(lái)生產(chǎn)希望具有較大顆粒的產(chǎn)品。晶體在過(guò)飽和液流中流化懸浮，為晶體生長(zhǎng)提供了一個(gè)好的流場(chǎng)條件。系統(tǒng)過(guò)飽和度產(chǎn)生于外置換熱器，晶體生長(zhǎng)區(qū)域設(shè)置在結(jié)晶器下部。過(guò)飽和液被送到結(jié)晶器底部，在上升的過(guò)程中穿過(guò)晶體床層，逐步消除過(guò)飽和，晶體逐漸長(zhǎng)大。
      通常我們將它設(shè)計(jì)成為一個(gè)具有大直徑的澄清區(qū)域的結(jié)晶器。消除過(guò)飽和后的溶液經(jīng)過(guò)澄清后才被泵抽吸離開(kāi)，去獲得新的過(guò)飽和。它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于循環(huán)母液中晶體顆粒含量較少，從而大的降低泵葉輪和晶粒之間的接觸幾率，降低二次成核的速率，為培養(yǎng)大顆粒晶體提供必要條件。
OSLO Crystallizer is used for producing larger size crystals with its classifying function. The crystals are fluidized and suspended in a supersaturated liquid which provided an excellent flow field condition for crystals growth.The system supersaturation is generated from the external heat exchanger. The crystal growth region is arranged at the lower part of the crystallizer. Supersaturated liquid is delivered to the bottom of the mold and passes through the crystal bed as it rises. It gradually eliminates supersaturation and grows up.
We usually design it as a mold with a large diameter of clear area. After removing the supersaturated, the solution is clarified and pumped away to obtain a new supersaturation. The content of crystal particles in circulating mother liquor is less, thereby greatly reducing the contact probability between the impeller and the grain of the pump, lowering the rate of second nucleation providing the necessary conditions for the ction of large grain crystals.

適用范圍/Applied Range

      適用于晶體顆粒良好，母液粘度不高的產(chǎn)品低溫（或冷凍）結(jié)晶的場(chǎng)合，如十水*、氯化銨、硝酸鈉、過(guò)硫酸鹽、碳酸鹽、草酸鹽等。
Suitable for products with good particle size of crystals and low viscosity of mother liquor crystallized in low temperature (or freeze) environment. such as sal glauberi, ammonium chloride, sodium nitrate, persulfate, carbonate, oxalate and so on
