滲漉罐  PERCOLATING TANK

本設(shè)備適用于中藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)的滲漉操作。

本設(shè)備由筒體、錐體、橢圓形封頭(或平蓋)、氣動(dòng)出渣門(mén)、氣動(dòng)操作臺(tái)等組成，具有溶劑分布均勻，出渣方便等特點(diǎn)。

滲漉法是往藥材粗粉中不斷添加浸取溶劑使其滲過(guò)藥粉，從下端出口流出浸取液的一種浸取方法。滲漏時(shí)，溶劑滲入藥材的層滲漏法是以往藥材層中不斷添加浸取溶劑使溶劑由上而下穿過(guò)藥材層中溶解大量的可溶性物質(zhì)，濃度增加，密度增大后向下移動(dòng)，與上層的浸取溶劑或稀浸液置換位置，造成良好的濃度差，使擴(kuò)散較好地自然進(jìn)行，故浸取效果優(yōu)于浸漬法，提取也較。

The percolationmethod is to add continuously leaching solvent into the rough powder ofmedicine materials to make it fitrate the medicine powder,ａnd then the leachingliquid will flow from the bottom outlet.During the percolation,the layerpercolation method of solvent's filtering into the medicine material is to addcontinuously leaching solvent into the medicine material layer to make thesolvent pass through the medicine material layer from top to bottom anddissolve large amount of soluble matters.After that,the concentrationincreases,ａnd it will move downward after the density increases.The leachingsolvent at the upper layer or the thin leaching liquid will exchangethe position and produce good concentrationdifference to make the scattering carried out smoothly.Thus,the leaching effectis better than the dipping method,ａnd the extraction will be comparativelycomplete.
