目前，智能型CIP就地清洗系統(tǒng)廣泛應(yīng)用于生物發(fā)酵、制藥等對(duì)清洗要求較高的行業(yè)，以達(dá)到衛(wèi)生無(wú)菌的效果。

工作原理

通過(guò)設(shè)置程序(程序可調(diào))由CIP清洗系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)配制清洗液，經(jīng)氣動(dòng)控制閥與送液泵、回液泵來(lái)完成清洗的輸送及回流循環(huán)清洗、排放、回收整個(gè)清洗過(guò)程。通過(guò)電導(dǎo)率檢測(cè)儀及PLC觸摸屏組成的控制系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了自動(dòng)在線清洗。

系統(tǒng)組成

智能型CIP系統(tǒng)為一集成系統(tǒng)，包含注射水罐、CIP罐、板式換熱器、管道過(guò)濾器、送液泵、回液泵、溫度控制儀、液位控制儀、電導(dǎo)率檢測(cè)儀、PLC觸摸屏、控制柜及系統(tǒng)管閥件等組成。

CIP系統(tǒng)的全稱為Cleaning in place System,中文名稱譯為在線就地清洗系統(tǒng)，是指生產(chǎn)設(shè)備(罐體、管道、泵等)及整個(gè)生產(chǎn)線在無(wú)需人工拆開(kāi)或打開(kāi)的前提下，在閉合的回路中進(jìn)行循環(huán)清洗、消毒。適用用于乳品、飲料、酒類、農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品加工等行業(yè)的設(shè)備和管道的清洗。                                                                                                                                

CIP清洗系統(tǒng)由酸液罐、堿液罐、熱水罐、純水罐、?；厮?、消毒水罐以及濃酸罐、濃堿罐和換熱器、進(jìn)程泵及相應(yīng)閥門(mén)管件組成?？砂垂に囆枨笈渲孟鄳?yīng)罐，在一般場(chǎng)合只需使用酸液罐、堿液罐、熱水罐三罐制的CIP系統(tǒng)就可滿足清洗要 求。

CIP cleaning system ls composed of acidtanks,alkali tanks,hot-water tanks,pure-water tanks,back-watertanks,disinfect-water tanks,thick-acid tanks,thick-alkali tanks,heatexchanger,pumps,peripheral valves and pipes.These tanks can be allocatedaccording to technical requirements. Generally,the CIP system only comprisingacid tanks,alkali tanks and hot-water tanks is sufficient for requirements ofcleaning.

Thestructures of CIP can be divided into joint type and split type.The CIP systemsof the two types,for each type,there are four types of heating: plate heating,linedpipe heating,coil-pipe heating,ａnd through heating.The joint type of CIP systemhas specifications from one-loop to three-loop and tank volume from 1T to5T.The split type of CIP system has specifications from one- loop to six-loopａnd tank volume from 1T to 10T.
