4.Recombinant Mouse SIRP alpha/SHPS-1 Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 50956-M02H) captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Mouse CD47 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 57231-M08H) with an affinity constant of 0.5703 µM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested).
