1．2本泵適用于輸送船舶艙底壓載水或用于海水冷卻、消防、衛(wèi)生等方面，輸送溫度不高于70℃的海水或淡水。

    The pump Can be used on board a ship to pump and deliver bottom ballast water or sea water for cooling，fire，sanitary as well．The temperatures of the media transferred should not exceed 70℃．

1．3泵的性能參數(shù)應(yīng)符合表1、表2的規(guī)定。

    The characteristics parameters of the pump should satisfy those 0ne given in Table 1 and Table 2.

2．1泵為臥式懸臂、單級、單吸。軸向進水。自吸泵采用外混合式泵體結(jié)構(gòu)。泵體由吸水彎管、蝸殼、氣水分離腔等部分組成。蝸殼下部有軸向回流孔。

2．2后蓋內(nèi)為密封腔，內(nèi)裝有填料密封或端面密封。泵軸和葉輪的重量，以及葉輪產(chǎn)生的徑向力，由托架內(nèi)的兩個向心軸承支承。泵和電機通過彈性聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接并傳遞扭矩。

    Inside the nerar pump cover there is a sealed cavity,in which fiUer seal or axial seal is fitted．The weight ofthe pump shaft and the vane whirl，together with the radial force created by the vane whirl，is supported by the two centripetal bearings in the bracket．To convey torque，an elastic coupling joint is installed to connect the pump and themotor．

2．3泵體下部鑄出兩個底腳，泵與電機一起固定在底座上。皮帶輪傳動型式用戶必須在合同上注明，否則按供底座型式供貨。

    Two stands are cast to the lower part of the pump．Both the pump and the motor ale fixed to the base．Our customers who want pumps driven by belt pulley are suggested to specify it clearly in the contract SO as to avoid wrong shipment．The other model of pumps with a base will be delivered otherwise．
