分體式全自動(dòng)CIP系統(tǒng)Split type full-auto CIP cleaning system

全自動(dòng)CIP清洗時(shí)指設(shè)備（罐體、管道、泵、閥門(mén)等）及整個(gè)生產(chǎn)線在無(wú)需人工拆開(kāi)的前提下，在閉合的回路中進(jìn)行循環(huán)清洗。

The operating principle of the full auto CIP cleaning system means that the tank body，pipelines，pumps and all valves and also the whole processing line are cleaned on line no need to disconnect the pipes or the equipments，all cleanings are done in the closed circuit.

系統(tǒng)控制參數(shù)：

本系統(tǒng)采用PLC編程控制，帶彩色觸摸屏操作顯示整個(gè)生產(chǎn)工藝流程及各項(xiàng)控制參數(shù)，清洗液溫度可設(shè)定，對(duì)罐內(nèi)酸堿度可設(shè)定，對(duì)清洗時(shí)間可設(shè)定，清洗順序可設(shè)定，清洗回流酸堿度可設(shè)定，配備系統(tǒng)故障報(bào)警裝置。

Technical parameter:

This system adopts the PLC program to control，with the colored touch--screen to operate and display the whole process flow and also the each controlling parameter.The temperature of the cleaning liquid can be set.

It can set the PH value，the cleaning time，cleaning sequence，ａnd also the refluence PH value.With the system malfunction alarm device.

The operating principle of the system：

1.Auto-flow control for the cleaning solution

2.Automaticaly reglulate thetemperature of the cleaning liquid.

3.Auto-compensate for the inside tank liquid level.

4.Automatically-compensation for the acid and alkali concentration.

5.Auto transfer from one cleaning liquid to another.

系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)備包括：

CIP清洗液貯罐（酸罐，堿罐，熱水罐，清水罐）；

CIP cleaning liquid storage tanks（include acid tank，alkali tank，hot water tank，clear water tank）；

兩個(gè)濃酸/堿單層貯罐；Two not big storage single layer tanks for concentrated acid and alkali；

CIP進(jìn)程泵和CIP回程泵；CIP forward and retum pumps；

二個(gè)濃酸（堿）液隔膜泵；Two diaphragm pumps for acid/alkali concentrate；

換熱器（板式、管式）；Heat exchanger（plate or tubular type）；

一個(gè)電器控制箱；One electrical appliance box；

一組控制管閥件；One set of controlling pipe and valve component；

一套自動(dòng)執(zhí)行元器件及電器材料；One set of auto-performance componentsａnd parts and the electrical appliance material；

CIP清洗液儲(chǔ)罐：1000L-10000L；CIP cleaning liquid storage tank：1000L-10000L；

根據(jù)客戶需要，可以將系統(tǒng)制作成雙回路、三回路、四回路等，可以同時(shí)多個(gè)清洗回路同時(shí)進(jìn)行。

According to the customer's requirements，we can make the double circuit，three circuit，four circuit and so on，meanwhile we can make multi circuit operating at the same time.

加熱方式可以為：板片式、盤(pán)管式、列管式。The Heating way:plate type，coil tube type，tubular type.
