        由于混合桶體具有多方向的運動，使桶體內(nèi)的物料交叉混合點多，混合效果高，均勻度可達99.9％以上，裝載系數(shù)可達0.9 (普通混合機為0.4～0.6)，混合時間短，效率高。

        該機在運行中，由于混合桶體具有多方向運轉(zhuǎn)動作，使各種物料在混合過程中加速了流動和擴散作用，同時避免了一般混合機因離心力作用所產(chǎn)生的物料比重偏析和積聚現(xiàn)象，混合，能有效確?；旌衔锪系钠焚|(zhì)。

        結(jié)構(gòu)：該機由機座、傳動系統(tǒng)、電器控制系統(tǒng)、多向運動機構(gòu)、混合筒等部件組成。與物料直接接觸的混合筒采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼材料制造，桶體內(nèi)外壁均經(jīng)鏡面拋光。
