螺帶混合機(jī)由安裝于攪拌軸上的內(nèi)外徑螺旋帶動桶體內(nèi)物料,使攪拌器在桶體內(nèi)**范圍翻動物料。

攪拌器結(jié)構(gòu)上,螺旋設(shè)計(jì)成內(nèi)外、左右互為反螺旋,攪拌器工作時內(nèi)螺旋帶動靠近軸心處物料做軸心旋轉(zhuǎn)軸向由內(nèi)至兩側(cè)推動,外螺旋帶動靠近桶壁物料做軸心旋轉(zhuǎn),軸向由兩側(cè)至內(nèi)推動,于是造成物料在桶體內(nèi)對流循環(huán)、剪切滲混,完成物料在較短時間內(nèi)快速均勻混合。

該機(jī)是一種新型高效、高精度的混合設(shè)備,廣泛適用于制藥、食品、化工、及其它工業(yè)對各種粉粒體,尤其有粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒體以及糊狀物料的高均勻度混合。
