Working principle

除塵器的工作原理如下:含塵氣體由灰斗(或下部敞開式法蘭)進(jìn)入過濾室,較粗顆粒直接落入灰斗或灰倉(cāng),含塵氣體經(jīng)濾袋過濾,粉塵阻留于袋表,浄氣經(jīng)袋口到?jīng)窔馐?由風(fēng)機(jī)排入大氣。當(dāng)濾袋表面的粉塵不斷增加,導(dǎo)致設(shè)備阻力上升到設(shè)定值時(shí),時(shí)間繼電器(或微差壓控制器)輸出信號(hào),程控儀開始工作,逐個(gè)開啟脈沖閥,使壓縮空氣通過噴口對(duì)濾袋進(jìn)行噴吹清灰,使?jié)薮蝗慌蛎?在反向氣流的作用下,附于袋表的粉塵迅速脫離濾袋落入灰斗(或灰倉(cāng)),粉塵由卸灰閥排出。全部濾袋噴吹清灰結(jié)束后,除塵器恢復(fù)正常工作。

The working principle of the dust collector is as follows: the dust-containing air enters the filter chamber, and the coarser particles directly fall into the dust collector bottom to ash silo. The dust-containing air is filtered through the filter bag, and the dust is retained in the bag. The clean air passes through the bag and discharged into the atmosphe by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag Increases continuousy, causing the resistance of the dust collector rise to the set value. The time relay (or the differential pressure controller)send a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work. The pulse valve is opened one by one to make the compressed air pass through the nozzle then to the filter bag. The spray cleaning is carried out to make the filter bag suddenly expand. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust attached on the bag surface quickly leaves the filter bag and falls into the dust collector bottom. Finally the dust is discharged by the valve at bottom of dust collector. After all the filter bags are sprayed and cleaned. the dust collector returns to normal operation.
