臥式真空干燥爐主要用于合金棒材、板材的燒結(jié)前期真空干燥,也可用于制藥廠、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工廠等干燥，設(shè)備采用水循環(huán)加熱系統(tǒng)。
Horizontal vacuum drying furnace is mainly used for the vacuum drying of alloy
bar/plates before sintering. It can be used in pharmaceutical factories, agricultural product processors as well. Horizontal water circulation heating system is used in the equipment.

1、主要性能說明Main Performance Specification
●采用國際，結(jié)構(gòu)科學(xué)合理,,安全系數(shù)高,清理方便,易維護(hù),主要由爐體，水冷系統(tǒng)熱水循環(huán)系統(tǒng),電氣控制等組成。
●爐體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)加厚鋼板,外部采用新型保溫材料,內(nèi)外間的夾層和爐蓋都是水冷壁式。焊接及密封處;均經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的壓力測試檢漏,具有良好的密封性和穩(wěn)定性。
●熱水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)由加熱器、加熱水箱、管道、熱水泵及管路閥門等形成循環(huán),使?fàn)t體溫度均勻、穩(wěn)定上升。
●溫控系統(tǒng)可依據(jù)客戶需要,進(jìn)行不同的溫控設(shè)定,可獨(dú)立工作也可串聯(lián)工作控溫精度達(dá)土5°C,加熱輸出采用SCR控制,可自動(dòng)調(diào)整,調(diào)整范圍0-99%。
●系統(tǒng)對超溫、斷水、水壓不足、工藝完成等設(shè)有報(bào)警器提示，在控制面板上顯示操作過程、參數(shù)及工藝等進(jìn)度狀態(tài)信息。
●Mainly composed of a furnace, water cooling system, hot-water circulation system,ａnd electronic controller, the equipment is designed and manufactured using most up-to-date technology. It has a scientific and rational structure, excellent performance,
high safetyfactors, ease to clean and maintain.
●The body of the furnace is made of thick steel plate, with new thermal insulation materialin the outer surface, and wall-style water cooling in between. The oven cover is also water cooling. Strict pressure testing has been performed against the welding and sealing points, and results of which show that it is leak-proof and highlyreliable.The hot water circulation is formed by a heater, heating water tank, pipeline, hot water pump, and valve, making the oven heated stably and evenly.
●Users can adjust the settings of temperature control system based on specific needs.The system can set to work independently or work in series, with士5°C difference in the actual V.s. pre-defined temperature. Heating output adopts SCR control, and is able to adjust 0%-99% automatically.The machine will give out warning message in conditions of over temperature, water shortage; insufficient water pressure, operation completion, etc. Information like name of operation progress, parameters, and progress will be displayed in the control panel.
