【Product Introduction】

此檢測試劑品能快速檢測產品中是否含有肉類、禽類等動物   成分,用于定性檢測肉類中含有的摻假成分,整個檢測過程只

需要5-10分鐘左右。

This detection reagent can quickly detect whether the product contains animal components such as meat and

poultry, and is used for qualitative detection of adulterated ingredients in meat. The entire detection process

1 .1 . 肉類表面液體組織樣本制備

Preparation of liquid tissue samples on the surface of meat

(1）使用拭子在待測樣本表面吸取組織液,然后將拭子在提取   液中浸泡10 秒鐘,然后上下左右充分攪動混勻 10-20 秒,使樣

本盡可能溶解在溶液中。

solution for 10 seconds, and thoroughly stir up, down, left and right for 10-20 seconds to dissolve the sample as

much as possible in the solution.

(2）取出棉拭子,即可取樣本液點樣。

1 .2 . 肉塊組織樣本制備

Preparation of tissue samples from meat chunks

(1）使用自備的剪刀, 剪取 0. 1g  (黃豆大小）的肉塊, 將肉塊加入 到提取液中,浸泡 10 秒, 然后用拭子擠壓肉塊 5-6 次,上下左右

充分攪拌混勻10-20 秒, 即可取樣本液點樣。

【使用步驟】

1.測試前先完整閱讀說明書,將檢測卡和待檢樣本溶液恢復至室溫 15~30氣。

2.拆開檢測卡鋁箱袋包裝,并將檢測卡置于平整處。

陽性(+):兩條紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn),表示樣本中摻假成分 濃度高于檢測限。

陰性(-):檢測 T 線無顯色,表示樣本中不含有摻假成分或其濃度低于檢測限。

Negative (-): If the T-line does not show color, it indicates that the sample does not contain any adulterated ingredients

or its concentration is below the detection limit.

無效:未出現(xiàn)質控 c 線,表明操作過程不正確或檢測卡已失效 此檢測試劑可應用于多種動物源性成分組合。

【注意事項】

1 .本試劑僅用于體外檢測,試驗前請仔細閱讀本說明書。

2 .本試劑為一次性使用,請勿重復使用。

3.本試劑必須在有效期內使用。

4.應按說明書操作,切勿混合使用不同批次的檢測卡和樣品保存液。

5.操作失誤或樣本量過少都有可能導致檢測結果出現(xiàn)偏差。

6.如果檢測卡的塑料包裝損壞,請不要使用該產品。

7.請勿吸入樣本提取液。

8.鋁箱袋內的干燥劑不得食用。

9.樣本提取液中含有少量防腐劑,可能對皮膚和眼睛造成刺激,

如果該溶液接觸到皮膚或眼睛,用大量的水清洗。如發(fā)生皮膚

刺激或皮疹,應求醫(yī)/就診。操作時應注意做好安全措施。

【儲存及有效期】

原包裝應儲存于 4~30氣,陰涼避光干燥處,切勿冷凍;有效期 24 個月。有效期及批號見外包裝.
