干式螺桿真空泵能在大氣壓限壓力的全范圍內(nèi)持續(xù)運(yùn)行。單泵運(yùn)行極限真空度可以達(dá)到1Pa，并且效率。

The dry vacuum pumps can operate continuously in all the ranges of pressure from atmosphere to the ultimate pressure, and it can reach at 0.0075Torr(1Pa) by itself and has a high efficiency.
