西林瓶液體洗烘灌裝加塞聯(lián)動線由 QCL 系列立式超聲波洗瓶機、 ASMR隧道式熱風循環(huán)滅菌烘箱、NFGF系列型西林瓶液體灌裝加塞機組成，也可單機使用。適用于2-25ml規(guī)格的西林瓶水針的生產(chǎn)。能完成噴淋注水、超聲波粗洗、瓶外壁水沖洗、瓶內壁連續(xù)二次循環(huán)水沖洗、一次吹氣、一次新鮮水沖洗、連續(xù)二次吹氣、瓶外壁吹氣、預熱、烘干滅菌去熱原、冷卻、前充氣、灌裝、后充氣、加塞等二十多道工序。
