設備簡介/Brief introduction：

本機是在引進和吸收技術的基礎上，由我公司自主研發(fā)的一款專業(yè)針對西林瓶的灌裝、上塞、旋（軋）蓋機。本機采用日本全進口高精度封閉式凸輪分度工位器，精度高，運行可靠，使用壽命長。該分度器結構簡單，長期使用無需維修。

本機主要適用于各種粉劑灌裝、壓塞及旋（軋）蓋，如粉末、膠原蛋******末、粉末、農(nóng)藥粉末、胡椒粉末等。廣泛用于食品、制藥、化工行業(yè)及科研領域。該機既可單機生產(chǎn)，又可與洗瓶機、干燥機等設備組成聯(lián)動生產(chǎn)線。符合國家GMP要求。

It is built in the absorption of foreign advanced tecnology, based on independently developed by the company ,It is the domestic leading level.

This machine is suitable for a variety of small doses of powder filling&capping such as Penicillin powder, Collagen powder,Pesticides powder and so on. Widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries and scientific research.  Single machine can produce, but also with washing machine, dryer and other equipment linked production line. Full compliance with the GMP requirements.
