確診登革熱病毒感染的實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測方法包括分離登革病毒、檢測病毒的核酸、抗原或抗體或幾種檢測方法的聯(lián)合使用。從病人標(biāo)本中分離到登革病毒，檢測到病毒核酸、抗原，血液中IgM抗體陽轉(zhuǎn)，或恢復(fù)期血標(biāo)本IgG抗體滴度較急性期有4倍或以上升高可以確診登革病毒感染。單份血標(biāo)本IgM或IgG抗體陽性不能確診登革病毒感染，單份標(biāo)本抗體檢測陽性時(shí)，僅可臨床診斷為疑似或可能病例，確診需要急性期和恢復(fù)期雙份血清標(biāo)本。

The laboratory testing methods for diagnosing dengue virus infection include isolation of the virus, detection of the virus's nucleic acid, antigen or antibody, or a combination of several testing methods. Dengue virus infection can be diagnosed by isolating dengue virus from patient samples, detecting virus nucleic acid and antigen, positive conversion of IgM antibody in blood, or an increase of IgG antibody titer four times or more in recovery stage blood samples compared to acute stage. A single blood sample with IgM or IgG antibody positivity cannot be diagnosed with dengue virus infection. When a single sample has antibody test positivity, it can only be clinically diagnosed as a suspected or possible case. Diagnosis requires two serum samples in the acute and recovery stages.
