該系列容器適用于制藥行業(yè)的濃/稀配之用，罐體設有夾層，可加熱、冷卻、內(nèi)表面采用電解鏡面拋光，封頭(錐形)均經(jīng)旋壓加工、符合GMP標準，攪拌裝置采用衛(wèi)生級機械密封，容器保，溫采用聚氨酷或珍珠棉，接口采用國際標準快裝卡箍式，方便衛(wèi)生，渡邊經(jīng)旋壓加工，外表面采用拋光、噴砂、磨砂或冷軋原色啞光等多種形式，使容器在任何場地都能顯示它的品質(zhì)。設備配備空氣呼吸孔，CIP清洗噴光、視鏡法蘭快開式人孔等裝置。

根據(jù)貯存能力不同由1000-15000L，貯罐能力在20000以上的購罐，建議使用室外貯罐，貯罐使用SUS304不銹鋼制成，根據(jù)罐類設計要求可附帶裝置如下:攪拌器/進、出料口/人孔/溫度計/液位指示器/高、低液位報警孔/防蠅、防塵呼吸氣孔/計量器
