◎節(jié)能，比單效蒸發(fā)器節(jié)約蒸汽量30%。物料在密閉系統(tǒng)中蒸發(fā)濃縮，環(huán)境清潔舒適;且本系統(tǒng)設備的除沫裝置，防止跑料現(xiàn)象。
◎凡與物料接觸部分均采用進口不銹鋼制作，并進行拋光處理，設備耐腐性好，清洗更方便，更符合制藥，食品衛(wèi)生法規(guī)要求?？膳湮C控制系統(tǒng)，使用更簡便，效果更穩(wěn)定。
◎This equipment consists of external shell and tube heaters. Heating period of material is short; evaporation is fast and concentration rate is high, which can maintain the effectiveness of thermo sensitive materials.There is an obvious energy- -saving effect and 30% of steam is saved compared to the single effect evaporator.
The material is evaporated and concentrated in the sealing system and enjoyed the clean and comfortable environment. And this system has unique entrainment eliminating device to prevent the material from leaking.
◎The parts that have direct contact with materials are made of imported stainless steel and polished. The equipment is rot-resisting, easy to wash and can meet the requirements of pharmaceutical and food hygiene. A microcomputer system can be added to make it convenient to use and to achieve stable effects.
