原理 Principles

The fuel is burned by the burner to produce high-temperature gas. And the heat of the high-temperature gas is conducted to the heated air by means of a hot blast stove with heat exchange enhancement measures, and the high-temperature gas is discharged into the atmosphere after the temperature of the high-temperature gas is reduced to 250°C after the heat is dissipated. The air to be heated is forced into the hot blast stove by an optional blower. After absorbing heat, the temperature rises to the rated value and is sent out from the hot blast outlet. When the hot air temperature reaches the rated upper limit temperature, the burner will automatically stop burning or switch to small-fire burning. When the hot air temperature falls to the rated lower limit temperature, the burner will re-ignite or switch to large-fire burning. The heating speed can be adjusted by the air inlet valve.
