Vacuum Charging Machine

Vacuum charging machine is a new product ,which was developed by our company on the basis of widely absorbing domestis and

foreign similar products. Currently, it is the most advanced, ideal and perfect vacuum conveying equipment of powder material,

granular material powder mixture. Vacuum charging machine can automatically transport a variety of materials to the hoppers of

powders of packaging machines, injection molding machine, grinder etc, also it can convey mixed material directly to the mixer

(such as V-type mixer, three-dimensional mixer etc), thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers and solving the feeding

problem when the powder spills etc. it is preferred equipment of the promotion of clean and civilized production which was

chosen by the pharmaceuticalfactory through the "GMP" authentication.

Vacuum charging machine consists of vacuum pump(no oil, water), stainless steel suction tsui, transmission hose. PE filter

(316Lstainless steel filter) compressed air cleaning device, pneumatic discharge door devices. Vacuum hopper and feed

automatic control devices etc. The entire system designs reasonably and produces beautifully.

Vacuum charging machine is divided into discharging space and consecutive discharging space is conducive to lowerinvestment

cost of the equipment, and convenient to control the level, consecutive discharging generally used in long-distance. Large

production of materials at the time of vacuum conveying. In most cases, we recommend the discharging space to users.

圭要用途 Main Usage:

該設備廣泛應用于包裝機、混合機、壓片機、振動篩分機、膠囊填充機、濕法制粒機等設備，真空加料操

作簡單按動上料開關上料管道吸料，吸料過程結束；振動裝置振或反吹裝置，以防過濾器堵塞，以上兩個

過程由時間程序設定控制，這樣上料振動或反吹可以循環(huán)進行。

1．有支撐桿手動調節(jié)土料桶。2．有電動升降上料桶。3．有手動搖把升降上料桶。

This equipment is widely applied for packer, mixer, tablet press machine, vibrating screening

machine, capsule filling machine and wet-method pelletzer etc. Vacuum feeder is easy to operate.

Feeding pipe begins to suck materials when press on the press on the feeding swithtch, when the

process of suction finished, vibration device vice vibrates or back flushing device blowbacks to

prevent filter. The two processes are set and controlled by temporal sequence so that it can circulate

for feeding vibration and back flushing.

1． 輸送能力是在輸送管道長4米、輸送物料為面粉是測量的。輸送管道月長，輸送能力與物料的特性也有很大關系。

2． ZKS-7是我公司共新開發(fā)的真空加料機，其特點是功率小、加量大、噪音低、壽命長，并且特別適合與長距離輸送，輸送管道

長40米時，加料能力仍達到量噸／，J、時。
