　　NJP-5000型全自動膠囊充填機,采用間歇回轉(zhuǎn)式運轉(zhuǎn),孑L盤式計量充填,設(shè)計精密美觀、運行平穩(wěn)可靠。能自動完成播囊、分囊、充填、 廢襄剔除、鎖囊及成品導(dǎo)出等多種工序。全封閉式十二工位轉(zhuǎn)臺，模塊為三排36孔位設(shè)計,是目前單機生產(chǎn)效率較高的硬膠囊生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。

Fully enclosed twelve stations turntable, the module is designed in a three rows of 36 holes.lt is an intelligent device for the production of hard capsules in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

　　6、采用三排硅膠墊，無需氣源，無粉塵飛揚的出囊裝置。

　　7、全新的剔廢裝置，吸氣、吹氣同步進(jìn)行，大大增高剔除廢膠囊的成功率。
