ZLPG系列中藥浸膏專用噴霧干燥機，是一款專門用來解決植物萃取液的干燥裝置，干燥后的物料顏色好、不變質(zhì)，提高了工廠的經(jīng)濟效益;它采用全封閉形式，進(jìn)風(fēng)配有三級凈化裝置，過濾加熱后的干燥空氣可達(dá)十萬級甚至更高要求。筒體與頂部裝有冷壁裝置，使壁溫<80℃，經(jīng)該機干燥后的產(chǎn)品，不會出現(xiàn)焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象;干燥塔內(nèi)裝有氣刷掃塔裝置，收粉率可達(dá)99%以上，且不會產(chǎn)生混藥和粘壁現(xiàn)象;采用CIP在線清洗裝置，使之能適用于多品種生產(chǎn)要求;尾氣采用濕式水膜除塵，使粉塵無外泄，符合環(huán)保要求;系統(tǒng)采用PLC觸摸屏模糊控制，并采用除濕制冷的干空氣密閉輸送成品至包裝儲料倉。

Cylinder and the top installed cold wall device, so that the wall temperature less than 80 ℃, the product will not appear coking deterioration phenomenon; drying tower equipped with air cleaning device, the collection rate up to 99% , also does not produce mixing and sticky wall phenomenon; equipped with CIP-line cleaning device, it can be applied to more varieties of production requirements; exhaust wet scrubber make dust without leakage, in line with environmental requirements; system using PLC touch screen, and the use of dehumidification of dry air sealed delivery of finished products to the packaging storage silo.

 

設(shè)備原理Equipment principle

空氣通過加熱器加熱后，經(jīng)送風(fēng)機進(jìn)入干燥塔頂部的熱風(fēng)分配器，通過熱風(fēng)分配器后，熱空氣均勻的進(jìn)入干燥塔內(nèi)，并呈螺旋狀運動。料泵同時將料液送至干燥塔頂部的離心噴霧器，料液被噴成極小的霧狀液滴。使料液和熱空氣接觸的表面積大大增加，水份迅速蒸發(fā)，在極短時間內(nèi)干燥為干品。干品由旋風(fēng)分離器與濕空氣分離，經(jīng)旋風(fēng)分離器底部的集料旋蝸室由干燥的空氣送至小旋風(fēng)分離器分離，并收集在收料筒，尾氣經(jīng)引風(fēng)機排出。

干燥機的熱風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、吹掃系統(tǒng)、風(fēng)送系統(tǒng)均配有初效、中效、亞高效等過濾器，凡進(jìn)入干燥系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)都經(jīng)過濾處理。凡與物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼制作，符合GMP要求。

Through the heater, hot air enter into the top of the drying tower hot air distributor via fan, through the hot air distributor, the hot air into the drying Chamber evenly, and spiral movement. The feed pump also sends the feed to a centrifugal sprayer at the top of the drying tower, where the liquid is sprayed into very small droplets of mist. So that the liquid material and hot air contact surface area greatly increased, the rapid evaporation of water in a very short period of time for dry goods. The dry product is separated from the wet air by the cyclone separator and sent to the small cyclone separator by the dry air from the bottom of the cyclone separator and collected in the collector. The exhaust gas is discharged by the blower. 

Hot air system, purge system, wind delivery system are equipped with primary effect, high efficient and other filters, the air is filtered before enter into the drying Chamber. Stainless steel is applied in air contact parts in line with GMP requirements.
