振動(dòng)流化床采用雙質(zhì)體共振式結(jié)構(gòu)形式，慣性激振器與共振質(zhì)體組成一個(gè)共振單元，用普通電機(jī)通過(guò)萬(wàn)向節(jié)帶動(dòng)齒輪激振器產(chǎn)生激振力，激振力經(jīng)共振彈簧放大數(shù)倍后作用于工作質(zhì)體，使物料處于流化狀態(tài)，被處理物料在這種激振力的作用下跳躍前進(jìn)，同時(shí)振動(dòng)流化床底部輸入的熱風(fēng)穿過(guò)料層，物料顆粒與熱風(fēng)充分接觸從而達(dá)到理想的干燥效果。

適應(yīng)物料 Application

1. 共聚物及其單體等有機(jī)物如：MBS、ABS、己二酸、聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰胺晶體、聚四氟乙烯、酚醛樹(shù)脂、尼龍 66 、聚丙烯樹(shù)脂、滌綸切片、聚氯乙烯。
