14、提升粉料時(shí)整體封閉，并配有吸塵接口。

15、進(jìn)料時(shí)要求連續(xù)、穩(wěn)定，建議配旋轉(zhuǎn)閥、插板閥、電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)等裝置。

無破碎提升機(jī)無上下傳動(dòng)輪鼓，各傳動(dòng)部位不與物料發(fā)生碰撞、擠壓、進(jìn)料時(shí)無反彈力，倒料時(shí)無回料現(xiàn)象，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)噪音比普通提升機(jī)下降50%，主要針對(duì)大顆粒、膨化食品等易碎物料的垂直提升輸送，是目前國內(nèi)外防碎提升輸送設(shè)備，該機(jī)上段的長度可以根據(jù)實(shí)際需求定做，這樣就可以把提升機(jī)的下料口直接延伸到主機(jī)的進(jìn)料口接近位置，因此也就省去了溜管這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，也就消除了物料在溜管滑落當(dāng)中形成沖擊力造成的增碎。
