機(jī)主要適用于各種行業(yè)（食品、藥品包裝、飾品包裝、通信產(chǎn)品塑料托盤等）的塑料托盤分離工序，特別針對(duì)水針生產(chǎn)包裝過程中，安瓶印字前道工序，塑托分離，自動(dòng)落托，通過傳送帶進(jìn)入包裝印字機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)包裝流程。

Our machine is mostly used in pharmaceutical enterprises, especially in the packing process of squirt cut production. Before the printing of the ampoules, the plastic base is separated automatically and then falls onto the conveyor belt and then into the packing printer. Thus it achieves automated packing process.

SY-B型自動(dòng)，該產(chǎn)品是我公司自主研發(fā)的產(chǎn)品，性能穩(wěn)定，操作簡便，自動(dòng)化程度高，代替了原有的手工分托工序，SY-B型自動(dòng)通過大面積負(fù)氣壓吸頭的*吸力，把針劑塑料托一個(gè)個(gè)均勻分開，快速平穩(wěn)的落入傳送帶上，進(jìn)入包裝印字機(jī)，該機(jī)采用光纖紅外檢測下瓶量自動(dòng)給托，無托自動(dòng)報(bào)警，該設(shè)備的配有PLC控制人機(jī)操作界面，可與SY-A、SY-AA型高清印字機(jī)PLC編程控制相聯(lián)動(dòng)，使自動(dòng)與包裝印字機(jī)同步，從而保證了水針包裝生產(chǎn)聯(lián)動(dòng)線的平穩(wěn)性。

The automatic base separation machine SY-B is a patented product of our independent research and development. It features stable performance and easy operation. The original base separation process operated by hand is replaced by high degree of automation. Through the powerful attractive force of the suction end under large area of negative air pressure, the automatic base separation machine SY-B would evenly divide the injection plastic bases onto the conveyor belt swiftly and stably, and then into the packing printing machine. Under optical infrared monitoring, the machine would supply base for tubes automatically, otherwise it would alarm automatically. This machine is equipped with PLC which controls the man-machine operation interface and connects with the programming control of the SY-A, SY-AA high definition printing machine PLC, synchronizing the automatic base separation machine and the packing printing machine and ensuring the stability of the connection between squirt cut packing and producing.
