Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

The machine head rotating at high speed drives the chains fixed in the upper, middle and lower layers of the machine head to act circular motion at high speed; the materials is fed from the upper feeding opening, and the bulk or group and spherical materials are dispersed and refined under the compact and dispersion of flexible chains. It is widely applied in the medicine, pesticide, chemical, fertilizer and food industries.

Characteristics

1. It is simple in structure, and efficient in dispersion of loose bulk and group dry/wet materials.

2. It has low operation cost and high capacity.

3. The operation is smooth without any blockage.
