【瘦肉精的危害】

“瘦肉精”進(jìn)入動物體內(nèi)后主要分布于肝臟。肌肉中含量較肝臟低很多。人攝入后在體內(nèi)存留時間較長，其不良反應(yīng)主要有：可引起心率加速，特別是原有心律失常的病例更易發(fā)生心臟反應(yīng)，可見心室早搏、ST段與T波幅壓低，還會發(fā)出肌肉震顫，引發(fā)四肢、面頸部骨骼肌震顫，尤其是交感神經(jīng)功能亢進(jìn)的病例更易發(fā)生。此外，還可引起代謝紊亂、血鉀降低，引起心慌、肌肉震顫、頭痛以及臉部潮紅等。對心率失常、高血壓、青光眼、糖尿病、甲狀腺機(jī)能亢進(jìn)等疾病的患者有較大危害。

【產(chǎn)品簡介】

本產(chǎn)品為克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測卡，用于定性檢測豬、牛、羊尿液、組織和飼料中的瘦肉精殘留，整個檢測過程只需要3-5分鐘左右。

【檢測限】

克倫特羅3ng/ml（3ppb），萊克多巴胺3ng/ml（3ppb），沙丁胺醇3ng/ml（3ppb）

【產(chǎn)品組成】

克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測卡（40T/盒）

滴管（1個/袋）、干燥劑（1片/袋）

【樣品處理】

用干燥、潔凈的離心管或適當(dāng)容器采集50ml左右尿液。如果不立即檢測，待檢樣本在2-8℃存放，可保存24小時，注意避免腐壞造成失效或污染。出現(xiàn)陽性結(jié)果應(yīng)按法定程序分瓶封裝樣品用于確證法檢測。

【使用步驟】

1、測試前先完整閱讀說明書，使用前將檢測卡和待檢樣本溶液恢復(fù)至室溫4～30℃。

2、從原包裝袋中取出檢測卡，打開后請?jiān)谝粋€小時內(nèi)盡快地使用。

3、將檢測卡平放，用滴管吸取待檢樣品溶液，緩慢垂直滴加2-3滴于加樣孔中，加樣后開始計(jì)時。

4、結(jié)果應(yīng)在3-5分鐘時讀取，其他時間判讀無效，根據(jù)示意圖判定結(jié)果。

【結(jié)果判斷】

1. 陰性（-）：兩條紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。表示樣品中不含有瘦肉精或其濃度低于檢測限。
2. 陽性（+）：檢測T線無顯色，則表示樣品中瘦肉精濃度高于檢測限。

1. 無效：未出現(xiàn)質(zhì)控C線，表明操作過程不正確或檢測卡已失效。

【注意事項(xiàng)】

1、檢測卡請?jiān)诒Ｙ|(zhì)期內(nèi)一次性使用；

2、檢測時避免陽光直射和電風(fēng)扇直吹；

3、盡量不要觸摸檢測卡中央的白色膜面；

4、采樣滴管不可混用，以免交叉污染；

5、如果待檢樣本出現(xiàn)沉淀或渾濁物，請離心后再檢測；

6、試驗(yàn)遇到的任何問題，請與供應(yīng)商。

【儲存及有效期】

原包裝應(yīng)儲存于4～40℃，陰涼避光干燥處，切勿冷凍；有效期24個月。有效期及批號見外包裝。

對這起廣受消費(fèi)者關(guān)注的惡性事件，有業(yè)內(nèi)人士稱，這在行業(yè)內(nèi)屬于個例，是他們企業(yè)管理上出了問題。但同時也有專家表示：目前生豬養(yǎng)殖屬于全國緊缺資源，個體養(yǎng)豬散戶使用“瘦肉精”較為普遍。
從媒體不斷曝光的內(nèi)容看，說“瘦肉精”事件是個案并不可信。從2002年起，在豬飼料里添加“瘦肉精”的案件就不斷見諸媒體，發(fā)生多起數(shù)十人乃至上百人的食物中毒事件。2003、2006、2009年在北京、上海、廣州等地都曾有大規(guī)模的整治“瘦肉精”行動，有一些不法分子被繩之以法。
在此過程中，相關(guān)的政策和措施也不斷出臺，從飼養(yǎng)到屠宰，從運(yùn)輸?shù)竭M(jìn)入市場和食品加工企業(yè)，要經(jīng)過五六道關(guān)口，各種證照、檢測手段悉數(shù)上場。但時至今日，還是發(fā)生了“健美豬”事件。這必須引起我們警醒，這個行業(yè)現(xiàn)行的監(jiān)管體系是否存在缺陷？
按照現(xiàn)有管理體制，生豬的飼養(yǎng)環(huán)節(jié)歸農(nóng)業(yè)部門管轄、屠宰歸檢驗(yàn)檢疫部門管轄、買賣歸工商部門管轄、加工歸質(zhì)檢部門管轄，另外衛(wèi)生、工信、商務(wù)等部門也都在不同的環(huán)節(jié)有著不同的監(jiān)管任務(wù)。但七八個部門看似分兵把守，卻沒有管住一頭“健美”的豬。
出事或許已不是哪個環(huán)節(jié)疏忽或瘦肉精，而是系統(tǒng)性監(jiān)管失效的問題。2009年，廣州曾審判過一起“瘦肉精”案件。犯罪嫌疑人鄧元高在法庭上為自己的行為進(jìn)行了辯護(hù)，他養(yǎng)的豬在進(jìn)入市場之前，其“三正”及耳標(biāo)齊全，銷售的時候也得到了動物檢疫部門的允許。即使有問題也不應(yīng)是他的問題。
