ZP17D　17A型旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓片機
概述：
　　本機是我廠開發(fā)研制而成的一種單壓式自動旋轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)壓片機器，它將顆粒狀原料壓制成各種普通及異形片，主要應用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時適用化工，食品，電子，塑料，粉末治金工業(yè)部門。外圍罩殼為全封閉，材料采用不銹鋼，符合GMP標準。裝有透明玻璃觀察窗，能清楚地看到機器的工作情況況且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清理和保養(yǎng)。本機器的壓力大，壓片片徑范圍大能壓制普通，異形，環(huán)形等多種形狀片劑，特別適合多品種，小批量生產(chǎn)。機電一體化，所有控制器及調(diào)節(jié)裝置集中于機體一側(cè)，易于操作。配有壓力過載保護裝置，避免機器損壞。采用浸式潤滑的傳動機構(gòu)密閉在機體下方，延長了使用壽命避免了交叉污染。

The machine is used in pharmaceutial,chemical,food industries.It presses various granular raw materials into nirmal-ciraular tablet and abnormal tablet.Characteristics:The machine is single press type,continuously automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablet.The outside part if the machine is fully enclosed.The material of the cover and inside tablet face is stainless steel,which meet the G.M.P requirement.It has transparent windows so that the press condition can be observed clearly and the sideboard can be ipened fully so that it is easy to clean and maintain the inside jpart.With great spessyre,the machine can press normal and special-shaped ciraular tablet of different kinds.So the machine is more suitable for small-batch prodution.It is used machatouies,the layout of all the controllers and the operative parts are resonable.An overloaded protection unit is including in the system to avoid the damage of the apparatus.When the pressure is overloaded,the machine stops automatically.The driving mechanism is totally enclosed in the machine body and is lubrication system improve the life time of the mechanical components.Withous crosspollution.
