主要用途：
本機(jī)主要用于制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)顆粒物料的干燥，亦適用于粉狀和粘性物料及熱敏性物料的干燥，具有多種干燥功能。
特點(diǎn)：
1、用熱氣流狀使粉狀或粒狀濕物料懸浮成流化態(tài)，迅速受熱，水份被蒸發(fā)隨氣流帶出，干燥速度快，溫度均勻。
2、干燥器料桶采用氣缸頂升，具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作方便，密封可靠。
3、料桶內(nèi)帶有攪拌器和特殊的空氣分而布板，使床內(nèi)不產(chǎn)生死角。采用底板翻板出料，使料桶出料或清洗均極方便迅速。
This unit is applied for the dtying of granule materials by the industries of pharmacy,chemical,and foodstuff,ad well as for the drying of viscous substace and theral sensitive materials for multi-kinds of drying functions.

1.By using hot air flow,the powder or wet and viscous materials is forcer in floating and fluidized state which can heated quickly,mwanwhile the water content inside of the target materials can be vaporized and brought out with hot air flow.The drying speed is accelerated nder harmonized temperature.
2.The aterial barrel of dryer is pushed up air cylinder with simple structure,easy iperating,and reliable swaling.
3.The material barrel is equipped by stirrer and special air-distribution-plates without any dead angle inside.The finished material is discharged by turning over the bottom plate,which the dumping and cleansing become fast and more convenient.
