用途：透明膜包裝機就是在長方形、正方形或類似規(guī)則包裝物外面裹包一層帶防偽易拉線的透明膜。包裝效果與香煙外包相同。該機廣泛適用于盒裝藥品、保健品、食品、茶葉、咖啡、化妝品、日用品、糖果、安全套、香皂、文具用品、撲克、便簽紙、磁帶、威化餅、音像制品等IT行業(yè)中的各種盒式規(guī)則物品的單件或多件物品集合的自動包裝。

功能介紹：本機是在引進、吸收歐洲和日本等國家設(shè)、備的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)過精心設(shè)計改良而成。采用國外PLC人機界面控制及電氣元件，其動作為氣缸驅(qū)動、伺服電機下膜、下膜長短可以隨意調(diào)節(jié)、具有運行穩(wěn)定可靠、速度快、封口牢固、緊湊、密封防水性好、平整美觀等優(yōu)點。機體由高質(zhì)量美觀的進口鋁合金或不銹鋼機架和封閉式安全有機玻璃防護罩構(gòu)成，可對物品進行單件或條盒自動裹包，自動送盒、折疊、熱封、包裝、計數(shù)，并自動粘貼防偽U型撕口易拉線。缺盒不下膜、缺盒停機、故障自我診斷并報警、更換少量零部件即可包裝不同尺寸的盒式包裝物。

備注：可按客戶要求與前后套設(shè)備連線，配裝自動輸送帶、汽缸直推、側(cè)推裝置、靜電消除器、日期打印機、電眼跟蹤等。
