功能介紹：本機(jī)是在引進(jìn)、吸收歐洲和日本等國家設(shè)、備的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)過精心設(shè)計(jì)改良而成。采用國外PLC人機(jī)界面控制及電氣元件，其動(dòng)作為氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)、伺服電機(jī)下膜、下膜長短可以隨意調(diào)節(jié)、具有運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠、速度快、封口牢固、緊湊、密封防水性好、平整美觀等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。機(jī)體由高質(zhì)量美觀的進(jìn)口鋁合金或不銹鋼機(jī)架和封閉式安全有機(jī)玻璃防護(hù)罩構(gòu)成，可對物品進(jìn)行單件或條盒自動(dòng)裹包，自動(dòng)送盒、折疊、熱封、包裝、計(jì)數(shù)，并自動(dòng)粘貼防偽U型撕口易拉線。缺盒不下膜、缺盒停機(jī)、故障自我診斷并報(bào)警、更換少量零部件即可包裝不同尺寸的盒式包裝物。

備注：可按客戶要求與前后套設(shè)備連線，配裝自動(dòng)輸送帶、汽缸直推、側(cè)推裝置、靜電消除器、日期打印機(jī)、電眼跟蹤等。

Application:

cellophane overwrapping machine is used for overwrapping the square, rectangular and even trapezium shapedproduct with a layer of cellophane paper the same as the packaging of cigarette.
