一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹  Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

CH槽型強(qiáng)制攪拌混料機(jī)系采用U型容器中心設(shè)S形精致強(qiáng)制攪拌器來強(qiáng)化要混合物料之間的混合強(qiáng)度，從而達(dá)到高效、適用、均勻混合之目的。CH型混合機(jī)廣泛用于混合粉狀或濕性物料，使不同比例主輔料混合均勻。廣泛適用于制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)。

For the CH groove-type forced stirring mixer, the U-shaped container is set with S-shaped forced stirrer in the middle to strengthen the mixture strength of materials to be mixed, thus to reach the high efficiency, and applicable and uniform mixing. CH mixer is widely applied in the mixing of powder or wet materials to uniformly mix main and auxiliary materials at different proportions, and applicable for pharmacy, chemical and food industries.

二、特點(diǎn)Characteristics

1. 本機(jī)與物料接觸處均采用不銹鋼制造，漿葉與桶身間隙小，混合*，攪拌軸兩端設(shè)有密封裝置，能防止物料外泄。

2.   攪拌混料軸為通軸設(shè)計(jì)，保證攪拌與倒料的同軸性與可靠性，同時(shí)攪拌槳葉為整厚板材精加工的S形結(jié)構(gòu)，確?；炝暇鶆?、耐用。

3.   料斗采用點(diǎn)動(dòng)控制，出料方便。

1. Parting contacting with the materials are made from stainless steel; there is little gap between the blade and cylinder and no dead angle for mixing; both ends of the stirring shaft are set with sealing devices to prevent the material leakage.

2. The stirring mixing shaft is designed as a through shaft to ensure the coaxality and reliability of stirring and dumping; the stirring blades are in S-shaped structures manufactured by whole thick plates to ensure the mixing uniformity and durable property.

3. The hopper is under the point control, resulting in convenient discharge.
