一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

本機(jī)自轉(zhuǎn)、公轉(zhuǎn)由一套電機(jī)及擺線針輪減速機(jī)來完成，采用兩螺桿非對稱攪拌，使物料攪拌范圍大，混合更為均勻，混合速度快，對比重懸殊、混配比較大的物料混和更為合適。

本機(jī)是一種新型、高效、大批量生產(chǎn)的混合設(shè)備，廣泛適用于制藥、化工、飼料等行業(yè)的各種粉粒狀物料的混合。

     The rotation and revolution of this equipment are completed by one set of motor and cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer; the double-screw asymmetrical stirring is adopted to enlarge the stirring scope and produce more uniform mixing, accelerate the mixing speed; it is more applicable to mixing of materials with large specific gravity difference and mix ratio.

     This is a novel, efficient and large-batch mixing equipment and widely applied in the pharmacy, chemical and feed industries for mixing carious powder and particle materials.

二、特點(diǎn) Characteristics

1.設(shè)備為立式椎體結(jié)構(gòu)，方便出料且出料很干凈。

2.混料是靠自轉(zhuǎn)又公轉(zhuǎn)的螺旋軸把錐體容器外圍的物料向上提升，中間的料靠自重向下移動，從而形成物料循環(huán)流來實(shí)現(xiàn)混料。比其他強(qiáng)制攪拌器而言，對物料晶體的破壞性要小些。

3.*投料量單臺可達(dá)6m3，對于大批量混料特別適合。

1. The equipment has a vertical cone structure, and is convenient for and clean in discharge.

2. The mixing refers to the materials at the periphery of cone container rising by rotation and revolution of screw shaft, materials in the middle moving downward under the action of gravity, thus to form the material recycling and realize the maxing. Compared with other formed stirrers, the equipment has little damage to the material crystal.

3. The maximum feed amount per unit is up to 6m3, so it is especially applicable to large-batch mixing.
