該機(jī)在運(yùn)動(dòng)中由于混合桶具有X、Y、Z空間多個(gè)方向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)作，使各種物料在混合過程中加速了流動(dòng)和擴(kuò)散作用，同時(shí)還避免了一般混料機(jī)因離心力作用所產(chǎn)生的物料比重偏析與積聚現(xiàn)象?；旌?，能有效確?；旌衔锪系钠焚|(zhì)。

本機(jī)廣泛運(yùn)用于制藥、化工、食品、冶金、輕工及科研單位等。

     The mixing drum operates on several directions in the X, Y and Z spaces to accelerate the flow and diffusion of various materials during the mixing and avoid specific gravity segregation and accumulation of material due to centrifugal force. The full mixing can ensure the best quality of mixed materials.

     This equipment is widely applied in the pharmacy, chemical, food, metallurgy, light industry and research institutions.

1. 由于系多向運(yùn)動(dòng)，混料桶內(nèi)物料交叉混合點(diǎn)多，混合效率高，均勻度可達(dá)99.9％以上。

2.  比傳統(tǒng)混料機(jī)生產(chǎn)效率高，裝載系數(shù)*可達(dá)0.9，而傳統(tǒng)混料機(jī)為0.4-0.6。

3.  設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)巧妙且緊湊，運(yùn)行采用無極變速，以滿足不同物料的工藝要求。
