不銹鋼板框過濾器適用于過濾濃度50%以下，粘度較低、含渣量較少的液體作密閉過濾以達(dá)到提純，清潔、澄清等精濾，脫活性炭、除微粒等半精濾的要求，直接選用微孔濾膜過濾可達(dá)更高要求。
本機(jī)過濾面積大，流量大，適用范圍大，所以在制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)有著廣泛的用途。本機(jī)除配用電機(jī)外，其他機(jī)件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼材料制成。本機(jī)應(yīng)用加壓密封過濾，濾液損耗少，過濾質(zhì)量好，效率高。過濾部分由多層濾板組成，過濾面積大，流量大，且可根據(jù)被濾溶液的不同生產(chǎn)工藝(初濾、脫活性炭、除微粒、半精濾、精濾)的要求，更換不同過濾耗材，及根據(jù)用戶生產(chǎn)流量的大小適當(dāng)增加或減少濾板層數(shù)，使之符合生產(chǎn)所需。
本機(jī)濾板采用平面螺紋網(wǎng)狀形，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，不易變形，易于清洗，能有效的支撐過濾所需耗材的同時(shí)及時(shí)導(dǎo)出液體。從而延長(zhǎng)各種過濾耗材的適用壽命，降低生產(chǎn)成本。
(注：此款板框過濾器為圓板框，同時(shí)也存在有方板框過濾器。)

The fiter plates of this machine adoptaflat threaded mesh shape,which isin structure,not easy to deform,casyto clean,ａnd can effectively support thefltration consumables neded while timely discharging the lguid.This extends the servicelifevariousfiltration consumables and reduces productioncosts.
