設(shè)備構(gòu)成及工作原理Equipment compositio and workingprinciple

1.傳動(dòng)部件：傳動(dòng)部件主要由電機(jī)、減速機(jī)、傳動(dòng)軸、軸承座、潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)、密封等組成。電機(jī)減速機(jī)帶動(dòng)傳動(dòng)軸及軸上的刮刀機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)的正、反轉(zhuǎn)，通過(guò)刮刀機(jī)構(gòu)的正、反轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)到卸除濾餅、碾合引起壓力泄露的濾餅裂縫，對(duì)需要漿化洗滌的物料，還起攪拌混合的作用。密封保證筒體與傳動(dòng)軸之間不產(chǎn)生泄露，確保筒體內(nèi)部壓力。

3.洗滌部件：洗滌部件實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)筒體內(nèi)部和濾餅的洗滌。洗滌液從洗滌管入口進(jìn)入，通過(guò)多個(gè)洗滌噴嘴，對(duì)筒體內(nèi)部和濾餅實(shí)現(xiàn)多次、、連續(xù)、均勻的洗滌。
4.上筒體：上筒體由筒體、封頭組件、法蘭等組成。封頭組件包括封頭、呼吸閥、安全閥、壓力表、視鏡、洗滌液入口進(jìn)料口、壓縮空氣入口等入口接管。傳動(dòng)部件、提升部件及洗滌部件等都安裝在上筒體上。
5.刮刀機(jī)構(gòu)：刮刀機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)三種功能：(1)卸料：過(guò)濾結(jié)束后濾盤上形成濾餅，刮刀機(jī)構(gòu)下降并旋轉(zhuǎn)，將濾餅刮起且推到出料閥位排出機(jī)外；(2)碾平：在濾餅出現(xiàn)裂縫時(shí)，刮刀裝置反向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，將裂縫碾平，避免壓力泄露，以保證過(guò)濾的正常進(jìn)行；(3)攪拌混合：對(duì)需要再漿化過(guò)濾的物料，可起攪拌混合的作用，加速洗滌液與母液的置換，優(yōu)化洗滌效果。
6.出料閥：采用手動(dòng)或自動(dòng)快開(kāi)式出料閥。安裝在筒體一側(cè)，濾餅從其閥口排出。
7.濾盤：由多層金屬燒結(jié)網(wǎng)構(gòu)成。可分為整體安裝式和分體安裝式。整體安裝式的濾盤是一個(gè)整體。分體安裝式的濾盤被分成多塊，每塊小濾盤獨(dú)立安裝。根據(jù)實(shí)際需要可選定其過(guò)濾精度和材質(zhì)。濾盤剛性好、過(guò)濾精度準(zhǔn)確、可反復(fù)沖洗、長(zhǎng)期使用。濾盤是整個(gè)機(jī)器的關(guān)鍵部件，其精密性直接關(guān)系過(guò)濾效果。
8.下筒體：下筒體是安裝濾盤的載體。有法蘭、筒體、封頭、出料閥口、出液口、可移動(dòng)式支撐架等構(gòu)成。下筒體可在油缸的作用下，自動(dòng)被吊到地面，通過(guò)可移動(dòng)式支撐架能快速、方便的移動(dòng)，方便對(duì)濾盤做清洗。
9.機(jī)架：機(jī)架是整個(gè)機(jī)器的支撐。機(jī)架支腿有地腳螺栓孔位。
10.自控系統(tǒng)：本機(jī)的控制通過(guò)PLC或電腦進(jìn)行集中控制，通過(guò)壓力控制器、溫度控制器、行程開(kāi)關(guān)、接近開(kāi)關(guān)和料位探測(cè)器等進(jìn)行監(jiān)控與反饋，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)控制。

工作流程：
步：進(jìn)料

將攪拌器停在部，此時(shí)啟動(dòng)攪拌軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，同時(shí)開(kāi)始向過(guò)濾器內(nèi)部加入物料，通過(guò)攪拌，可使懸浮液中的固體不致于在過(guò)濾介質(zhì)中快速沉淀。在相當(dāng)數(shù)量的濾液通過(guò)后，攪拌器可以升起旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌，使過(guò)濾更充分。
第二步：過(guò)濾

待過(guò)濾料液混合均勻后，移動(dòng)攪拌軸至點(diǎn)，停止攪拌開(kāi)始過(guò)濾，過(guò)濾可采用抽濾和壓濾同時(shí)進(jìn)行。
第三步：擠壓

當(dāng)過(guò)濾后濾液開(kāi)始減少，濾餅的表面有破裂，馬上啟動(dòng)攪拌器，逆時(shí)針?lè)较蜻\(yùn)行，刮鏟底部此時(shí)要保持在高于濾餅表面的高度。通過(guò)攪拌軸旋轉(zhuǎn)的同時(shí)向下移動(dòng)，將濾餅擠壓成更小的顆粒，以便能夠?qū)V液擠出，同時(shí)避免出現(xiàn)過(guò)濾短路現(xiàn)象，提高過(guò)濾效率。
第四步：循環(huán)洗滌

濾餅形成后，通過(guò)加洗滌液再次將濾餅打漿，使濾餅中的每一個(gè)微粒與洗滌液充分接觸。重復(fù)過(guò)濾操作直到濾餅再次形成。為了獲得好的濾餅或者得到在濾餅中很少殘留的濾出液，洗滌和打漿可根據(jù)需要多次重復(fù)進(jìn)行。
第五步：干燥過(guò)程

濾餅在被攪拌器逐層刮疏松的同時(shí)，設(shè)備側(cè)壁、濾板底部、攪拌槳葉同時(shí)對(duì)濾餅加熱，濕份迅速蒸發(fā)達(dá)到干燥的效果，通過(guò)設(shè)備內(nèi)真空的方法加快蒸發(fā)速度，也可通入處理后的熱氮?dú)獾冉橘|(zhì)帶走蒸發(fā)的濕份，使物料加速干燥，提高干燥效果。
第六步：出料過(guò)程

在出料前，打開(kāi)拌氣閥卸除機(jī)內(nèi)壓力，然后旋出出料閥的頂桿，打開(kāi)出料閥口，改變攪拌軸旋轉(zhuǎn)方向?yàn)轫槙r(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)，使其和濕餅出料方向一致，逐漸降低攪拌軸，濾餅將被緩慢刮下并且自動(dòng)出料。
Workflow:
Step 1:Feed

be raised and rotated to stir,making the filtration more thorough.
Step2:Filtering
After the flter material liquid is mixed evenly,move the stiring shaft to the highest point,stop stirring and strt fltering Fiteringcan be caried out
simultaneouslyby suction filtration and pressure filtration.
Step3:Squeezing
When thefiltrate begins to decrease after fltration and the surface of th filter cake ruptures,immediately start themixer and run counterclockwise.The
bottom of the scraper should be keptat aheight higher than the surface of the filter cake.By rotatingthe stiring shaft while moving downwards the filter
cake is squeczed into smaller particles sothat th filtrate can be suezed out whileavoidingfltration short circuits and improvingfiltration ficiency.
Step4:Circular washing
After the cake is formed,the cake is beaten again by adding the washing liquid so that each particle in the cake isfullyin contact with the washing liquid.
Repeat the fiteringoperation until he cake formsagain.In order to obtain a good fiter cake or to obtain a fltr liquid withlitleresidue in the filter cake,
washing and beating can be repeated as many times as necessary.
Step5:Drying process
While theflter cake is gradullyloosened by the agitator,the sidewalls ofthe equipment,the bottom of th flter plat,ａnd the agitator blades heat the
filter cake at the same time,ａnd the moisture evaporates rapidly to achieve the dryingeffect.The evaporation rate can be acelerated by the vacummethod inside the equipment,or the treated hot nitrogen gas and other media can be introduced to remove the evaporated moisture,accelerating the
drying of the mateial and improvin its quality

Step6:Discharge process
Before discharge,open the exhaust valve to remove the pressure in the machine,then unscrew the ejector rod of the discharge valve,open the dischargevalve port,change the rotation direction of the mixing shaft to clockwise rotation,so that it is consistent with the discharge direction of the wet cake,
graduallylower the mixing shaf,thefilter cake will be slowly scraping offａnd automatic discharge.
