Filter and wash two-in-one skid-mounted production proces flow
物料通過行車倒入1號(hào)震動(dòng)篩選機(jī)，篩選機(jī)將大顆粒物篩除供后再送入離心機(jī)，通過離心方式將物料內(nèi)的油分離出并收集起來，再通過2號(hào)篩選機(jī)進(jìn)一步篩除
大顆粒物后送入料斗，料斗裝入一定量物料后打開插板閥通過1號(hào)螺旋絞龍輸送機(jī)送入二合一過濾機(jī)，往二合一過濾機(jī)內(nèi)加入洗滌液，經(jīng)過反復(fù)洗滌和過濾達(dá)
到產(chǎn)品要求后，打開二合一過濾機(jī)出料閥通過2號(hào)螺旋絞龍輸送機(jī)將輸送至成品區(qū)裝袋。

valve of the-in-one filter is opened and the material is sent to the finished product area for bagging by the No.2 spiral auger conveyor.

物料在反應(yīng)釜內(nèi)攪拌反應(yīng)生成晶體，打開反應(yīng)釜底部下展閥，通過高低位差將反應(yīng)釜內(nèi)固液混合物轉(zhuǎn)移至三合一過濾機(jī)，向三合一過濾機(jī)內(nèi)加壓將濾液壓入母液收集罐得到固體料，再將洗滌液加入三合一過濾機(jī)反復(fù)洗滌和過濾。啟動(dòng)真空泵，將三合一過濾機(jī)抽負(fù)壓，固體物料在真空環(huán)境下加熱干燥，在干燥若干小時(shí)后取樣達(dá)標(biāo)后，通過攪拌槳將物料刮鏟入成品料斗。
Materias are stired in th reactor to react and generate crystals,the bottom valve of the reactor is opened,ａnd the solid-liquid mixture in the reactor istransfered to the three-in-one filter though a highａnd lowleveldiference,ａnd theflter presure is added to the three-in-one filter to obtain solid materials,ａnd then the washin liquid s aded to the thre-in-one filter for repeated washing and fitration.Start the vacum pump,vacuum the thre-in-one flter,heatａnd dry the solid materals under vacuum,ａnd take samples aer drying for several hours to met the standard,then scrape the materials into the finishedmaterial bin through th siring padle.
