General description
丙酸 (PA) 是一種天然存在的羧酸，在其純態(tài)下存在為無(wú)色、有難聞氣味的腐蝕性液體。在水中可混溶。工業(yè)上它是由乙烯在羰基鎳催化下發(fā)生氫羧化反應(yīng)生成的。[1]PA 具有減少食物攝入、降低血漿和肝臟中脂肪酸含量、改善組織胰島素敏感性和發(fā)揮免疫抑制作用。[2]丙酸是一種優(yōu)良的原料，因?yàn)樗€(wěn)定，廉價(jià)和安全，甚至可以作為食品添加劑使用。[3]
Application
丙酸已被用作 羅伊氏乳桿菌 SK24.003 和 α- D -葡聚糖。[4]
