◆本機由料斗、振蕩室、聯(lián)軸器、電機組成。振蕩室內(nèi)有偏心輪、橡膠軟件、主軸、軸承等組成?？烧{(diào)節(jié)的偏心重錘經(jīng)馬達驅(qū)動傳達到主軸中心線，在不平衡的狀態(tài)下產(chǎn)生離心力，使物料強度改變在篩內(nèi)形成軌道旋渦。重錘調(diào)節(jié)器的振幅大小可根據(jù)不同物料和篩網(wǎng)進行調(diào)節(jié)。

◆ 整機結(jié)構(gòu)緊密、體積小、不揚塵、噪音低、質(zhì)量高、能耗低、移動維修方便。

◆The machine consist of hopper, vibrating chamber, coupler and motor. There areeccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibration chamber.The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven to the center line through the motor, causecentrifugal force under the state of unbalance and so that the materials form regulareddy. The amplitude of the hammer may be adjusted according to the property ofmaterial and the mesh screen.
