PD系列吊袋上卸料離心機(jī)是一種采用快裝式吊袋卸料方式、操作便捷省力的新型離心分離機(jī)械。該系列產(chǎn)品密閉性能好，分離脫水效果出色，適用于大多數(shù)固體顆粒粒徑在15微米以上的固液混合物。廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、食品、制藥及其他行業(yè)領(lǐng)域。		PD series hanging bag top discharge centrifuge,with quick-installed hanging bag,is a novel design.This centrifuge has pretty properties of sealed and dehydration,suit for treatment of most mixing solution contains particles diameter over than 15μm.Application field:chemical industry,food industry,pharmaceutical industry,etc.

◎工作原理

◎Working principle

待分離物料由進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進(jìn)行過濾分離。分離過程中液相透過固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。達(dá)到分離要求后停機(jī)，開啟機(jī)蓋，拔出吊欄鎖緊栓，用特制吊具將濾袋吊出機(jī)外定點(diǎn)卸料即完成一個(gè)工作循環(huán)。

Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter net forms a cake.While liquid phase through out from filter net also holes of drum,discharge from shell tangential outlet.When it reaches expected effect,turn down the machine,opens lid,unplugged lift column bolt,use tailored device hangs out filter bag and conveys to fixed place for discharge,then a whole working cycle has been finished.

1、平板為Q235A包襯不銹鋼。 2、轉(zhuǎn)鼓部件除轉(zhuǎn)鼓底為鑄鐵包襯不銹鋼外其余全部采用不銹鋼。 3、機(jī)殼、機(jī)蓋包括附屬品全部采用不銹鋼。 4、平衡缸采用不銹鋼制作。 5、軸承座采用鑄鋼件(ZG230-450)。		1）Flat plate is made of Q235A carbon steel coated by stainless steel. 2）Drum base is made of cast iron coated stainless steel,other parts of drum is fully stainless steel. 3）Shell,top lid and belongings are made of stainless steel. 4）Balance cylinder is made of stainless steel. 5）Bearing pedestal is made of cast iron（ZG230-450）.
