耐摩擦試驗(yàn)儀由主機(jī)，旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)，直線往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，配重單元組成，適用于壁紙濕摩擦色牢度的測(cè)定。儀器往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)采用伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，噪聲小，控制精確，測(cè)試速度可調(diào)，旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，可根據(jù)實(shí)際使用情況增加不同的負(fù)荷。耐摩擦試驗(yàn)儀采用彩色大屏觸摸液晶顯示，實(shí)時(shí)顯示各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)，參數(shù)設(shè)定簡(jiǎn)單，測(cè)試方便可靠，自動(dòng)化程度高:可進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理和動(dòng)作控制，能自動(dòng)復(fù)位、過載保護(hù)。

Anti-friction  tester is composed of main machine, rotating mechanism, linear reciprocating mechanism and counterweight unit. It is suitable for the determination of color fastness to wet friction of wallpaper. The reciprocating movement of the instrument is driven by servo motor, with low noise, accurate control, adjustable test speed, smooth rotation operation, and different loads can be added according to the actual use. Friction resistance tester adopts color large screen touch LCD display, real-time display of various data, simple parameter setting, convenient and reliable testing, high degree of automation: data processing and action control, automatic reset, overload protection.
