All tablets insideoutside of screen can be burnished. The net bucket is propelled by screw. The rotating blades move the tablets forward in regular pattern. The distance for burnishing can reach 3.2 meters. The speed is fastefficiency is high. The raw edges of tablets can be removed.
The blowing air at the center of screen bucket can eliminate the dusts on surface of tablets brought by electrostatic charges. The tablets will have cleaner surfaces after being blown. The bottom of the equipment has dust suction port. During tablet burnishing, the port is connected to negative pressure for dust suction. At the center of screen bucket, the air blow is positive pressure. Therefore, the effect of burnishing is better without overflowing of dusts (the whole unit is manufactured of stainless steel 304).
The whole unit is compley manufactured by stainless steel for medicine. Both internalexternal surfaces are weldedpolished. They are clean without blind spot.
