功能介紹：

1.       優(yōu)質覆膜濾袋、高品質濾清器、保證了環(huán)境的凈化，提供倆次過濾： 濾布袋特制，表面覆膜（ PTFE —聚四氟乙烯）透隙率不大于2 個μ，粉塵截流到濾布袋，布袋表面光滑，易沖洗。透過的氣流再經過 高效空氣濾芯器 ，高品質高效濾芯器，為聚酯纖維材料制成，展開面積達 20000 平方厘米，透隙率不大于 5 個μ。

2.       優(yōu)質旁通泵，采用德國原裝，噪音只有55分貝（含排氣噪音）。

3.       電機與風機*隔離，外殼鋁合金精密鑄造與電機分離。葉輪運轉不與任何零部件接觸，沒有污染，工作可靠，吸力強勁、連續(xù)工作、噪音低、工作平穩(wěn)。

4.       良好的人機界面，粉塵量大時或長時間工作，有震動手柄，使附在膜上的粉塵落在回收桶中。附有腳輪，可移動，可固定(帶閘腳輪鎖住)。

5.       整機為不銹鋼制造，桶身分為三部分，符合 GMP 要求，均采用模具沖壓一次成型，內外無毛刺、*，清潔更*。

1. High-quality film-coated filter baghigh quality filter cleaner ensure cleaning of environmentprovide secondary filtering.  Filter bag is purpose made with coated film on the surfaces (PTEE - polytetrafluoroethylene). The penetration rate is not more than 5μ.
2. It adopts high quality bypass pump imported from abroad with noise level of only 55 decibels (including exhaust noise).
3. The motorfan are compley separated. The casing is of precision casting aluminum alloyis separated from the motor. The rotor has no contact with any parts in operation. There is no pollution. The operation is reliable, continuous,stable with strong suction,low noise.
4. The complete unit is manufactured by stainless steel. The body of bucket has three parts. The upper layer is vacuum chamber. The middle layer is dust-filtering chamber,the lower layer is dust-collecting chamber.
5. The dust collector meets the requirements of GMP,all parts are mould punchedformed in one punch without internalexternal burrblind spot. The cleanness is more thorough.
