一、概述

SH型泵系單級(jí)、雙級(jí)、泵殼中開的臥式離心泵，供吸送清水或物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似于水的其它液體，被吸收送液體溫度80℃。

SH型泵的流量為110～12500米³/時(shí)，揚(yáng)程為10.6～140米，適用于工廠、礦山、城市給水、電站、水利工程、農(nóng)田灌溉及排澇等。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)說明

從聯(lián)軸器端看，SH型泵均為逆時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，用戶如需要順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)的泵，必須在訂貨時(shí)特殊提出。

SH型泵的主要零部件有：泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、軸、雙吸密封環(huán)、軸套、軸承部件與聯(lián)軸器部件等。

泵殼制成水平中開，泵的吸人口與吐出口均鑄在下半部泵體上，泵蓋以螺尾錐銷定位，與泵體配合，檢查泵殼內(nèi)部時(shí)，只要拆開泵蓋，毋須拆卸進(jìn)出水管路。泵體的進(jìn)出水法蘭上，有安裝真空表與壓力表的管螺紋孔。在進(jìn)出水法蘭的底部有放水用的螺塞。

葉輪經(jīng)過靜平衡校驗(yàn)，由鍵、軸套與兩側(cè)軸套螺母固定在泵軸上，其軸向位置用軸

I. Gereral

Series SH pumps are single stage, double suction with horizontally split casings. They are suitable for pumping clean water or liquid similar to it in physical and chemical properties at a temperature not exceeded 80℃.

Series SH pumps are available for capacities of 110-12500m³/h and heads of 10. 6-140m. They are adoptable in factories, mines, water works, power stations, hydraulic engineerings, irrigation or drainage services in agriculture, etc.

Viewed form the driving end, all the SH pumps are rotating in counter- clockwise direction. Pumps of clockwise rotation can only be supplied upon special request.

The main components of SH pump are listed as follows: lower half casing, upper half casing, impeller, shaft, wearing rings, shaft sleeves, bearing housings and couplings.

The volute casing is split on the horizontal center line ,with the/suction and discharge nozzles cast integral with the lower half. The upper casing is accurately located on the lower half by the use of dower pins. It can be removes to inspect the interior of the pump without disturbing the pipe connections or pump alignment. The suction and discharge flanges contain tapped holes for vacuum and pressure gauge. At the bottom of the flanges, there are tapped plugs for water drainage.
