Working principle

無(wú)軸螺旋輸送機(jī)由驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、無(wú)軸螺旋體、螺旋管、耐磨襯板、進(jìn)出料口、蓋板、支架等組成。物料從進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入螺旋管,利用螺旋體與物料的摩擦力及無(wú)軸螺旋體的軸力將物料輸送到出料出,適合于長(zhǎng)距離輸送作業(yè)。

WLS系列無(wú)軸螺旋一般使用在物料粒度大于60mm、磨琢性強(qiáng)、粘性、易結(jié)塊、易纏繞、傾角不大于25度的場(chǎng)合。優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于長(zhǎng)度較長(zhǎng)時(shí)不需吊掛軸承,減少了維護(hù)。以上數(shù)據(jù)是在粘性膏狀物料、填充系數(shù)0.2的前提下得到的。
