DZPS型系列直排篩是一種特殊新型，高效篩分機械，適于干式、濕式及各種幾何形狀物料的篩分作業(yè)。其通過安裝于機器兩側(cè)的振動電機使物料產(chǎn)生30運動,從而達到**的篩分產(chǎn)量。主要用于食品醫(yī)藥行業(yè)成品包裝工序之前的除雜,以及大噸位疏松原材料的篩分。

調(diào)整振動電機上部、下部重錘的相位角,可以改變物料在篩面上的運動軌跡,滿足各種比重物料的**篩分效果。調(diào)節(jié)振動電機上部、下部重錘配重塊的多少,可以達到不同的激振力,以達到不同的效果。
